Fuel

All rental vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled prior to return to TLS to avoid incurring any refueling charges .

Delivery surcharges

If you require delivery or collection of your vehicle, there may be an additional surcharge. Please contact the hiring branches for details.

One-way rentals

We will always try to accommodate one way rentals but an additional surcharge may be made. Please contact the hiring branches for details.

Opening hours

Our branch opening hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12am on Saturday.

Road Fund Licence (RFL)

We do not charge any extra for RFL.

Internet Rate

Our Internet rates are only available online.

Driving license endorsements

If you have 6 points or below on your licence you can still hire from us. If you have above 6 points or have a DD, DR or BA endorsement that is within less than 10 years you are not able to hire from us.

Additional Drivers

We can add additional drivers to the agreement subject to additional insurance and the driver's licence presentation at time of rental.

Fines

Any fines incurred by the driver will be recharged at cost and subject to an administration charge of £15.
